Elizabeth Pardi has recently joined compass with a wealth of knowledge in the real estate construction development and design business. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science from Chico State in Construction Management and studying Architecture at the University of Turin; Elizabeth went on to manage multi-million dollar Commercial TI’s and Hotels in San Francisco. Upon obtaining her General Contractors License, Elizabeth relocated to Southern California and began high end residential remodeling projects for her clientele.
Although originally from the Bay Area, Liz quickly assimilated with the Southern California lifestyle and the wants and needs of home buyers and sellers throughout the ranch and coast areas of North County San Diego. In her first month with Compass, Elizabeth successfully marketed and closed a difficult multimillion dollar transaction. With her unique qualifications, Elizabeth looks forward to many more opportunities to assist her growing clientele for all the things real estate .
